通过固相反应法制备了La0.4Nd0.1S0.5CoO3多晶样品,利用XRD和SQUID研究了样品的结构和磁性.XRD衍射结果分析表明,该多晶样品无明显杂峰,主相为单相钙钛矿立方结构,晶格常数为0.3894nm.通过对M—T图像求导处理,得到样品的居里温度为200K.样品的起始磁化曲线呈现良好的铁磁性形状,当磁场达到0.7T后,随着磁场进一步增强,M逐渐趋于饱和,说明样品低温下的磁结构虽然是团簇,但随着磁场的提高,团簇内的磁矩会趋向一致.
Polycrystalline samples of La0.4 Nd0.1Sr0.5COO3 were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. Structure and magnetic properties of the samples were studied by using XRD and SQUID. There were no obvious hetero-peaks in the XRD patterns by measuring and analysis the pattern of polycrystalline sample La0.4Nd0.1Sr0.sCoO3. The result indicates that the oxide is a single phase cubic perovs- kite structure with a lattice constant of 0. 3894 nm. We analysis the reason why the M-- T curve is relative- ly sharp. The Curie temperature (200 K) of the sample is obtained from the derivative of M--T curve. The Initial magnetization curve of the sample shows a good ferromagnetic shape. When the magnetic fields reach 0.7 T,with the further enhancement of the magnetic field,M is becoming more and more saturated. This shows that although the magnetic structures of the sample is clusters, but with the increase of the magnetic field the clusters tend to consistent, this phenomenon is consistence with the result reported in the literatures.
