本文探寻我国高校学生就业网站知识共享意愿的关键影响因子。首先,在已有理论和文献支持的基础上,我们从内在动机(助人为乐、自我价值感知)和成本(易用预期、知识权利丧失)两个方面出发,构建影响显性和隐性知识共享意愿的结构模型。然后,根据已有的文献进行量表设计,并利用量表在线搜集了258份样本数据。最后,利用PLS(PartialLeastSquares)方法对数据进行分析,发现自我价值感知不仅是显性知识共享意愿的关键因子,也是隐性知识共享意愿的关键因子。
This study explores the key determinant of knowledge sharing based on university students" employment website in our country. First, with support of the existing theories and literatures, we developed the structure model of the intentions to share explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge from the perspectives of intrinsic motivation such as enjoyment in helping and sense of self-worth and cost such as effort expectancy and loss of knowledge power. Then we designed the scale on the basis of existing literatures and collected 258 sample data online. Finally, we use PLS (Partial Least Squares) method to analyze data, finding that sense of self-worth is the key determinant of both explicit knowledge sharing intention and tacit knowledge sharing intention.
