高校图书馆电子资源能否发挥最大效能取决于其持续使用用户的数量。文章首先以信息系统持续使用模型和信息系统成功模型为理论背景构建研究模型;然后通过问卷调查搜集数据,并利用偏最小二乘(Partial Least Squares,PLS)结构方程建模(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM)方法对294个高校图书馆电子资源用户的数据进行分析,探寻影响高校图书馆电子资源持续使用的关键因子,发现期望确认是影响感知有用性和用户满意度的关键预测因子,感知有用性和满意度进一步对用户持续使用意愿产生重要影响;最后结合模型和数据分析进行讨论,为消除电子资源持续使用障碍和提高资源利用率提出对策和建议。
Whether electronic resources of university library could be able to get its best efficiency depends on the number of its continued users.This paper first develops a research model based on IS(Information System) continuance model and IS success model.Then,empirical data are collected through survey and the Partial Least Squares(PLS) Structure Equation Modeling(SEM) is employed to analyze the 294 valid data coming from users of electronic resources of university library,so the key influential factors of electronic resources ' continued usage in university library are explored.The results indicate that expectation confirmation is the key determinant of customer satisfaction and perceived usefulness,which will further impact the continuance intention significantly.Finally,this study puts forward relative countermeasures and suggestions for eliminating the barrier of electronic resources ' continued usage and for promoting the utilization performance of electronic resources.
