本研究以TAM为原型建立了一个考察影响这种变化的概念模型。运用问卷调查和结构方程模型进行实证研究。研究发现,用户的使用经验对感知有用性差异和感知易用性差异具有显著的影响;同时这两者的差异又影响着对可供选择的信息交流方式的接受。可供选择的信息交流方式之间的相似性又对第一个影响关系具有反向调节作用。本研究能促进对用户使用转移行为的理解以及为研发信息交流系统的企业提供参考和建议。
Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) , this paper constructs a concept model to observe and study the changing ildluence. The paper uses the questionnaire and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to make empirical study. The results indicate that the users' utilization experiences have remarkable influences on the perception of usefulness difference and easytouse difference, while these differences influence the acceptance of the optional ways of information exchange. Meanwhile, the similarity between the optional ways of information exchange has reverse regulating role on the first influence relationships. The pa- per contributes to the understanding of the users'transfer of utilization behaviors and the providing of references and suggestions for enterprises in their research on information exchange systems.
