加煤量不仅和煤气产量有关,还与炉况有关;首先提出了基于物料平衡的加煤量计算模型,然后提出了基于炉况的加煤量修正系数计算模型以及两者的智能集成模型,根据当前的炉况预测下一时刻的加煤修正系数,对机理模型计算的结果进行修正;仿真结果表明,该建模方法切实可行,有效,对现场技术人员调节生产有重要指导价值。
The quantities of coal-adding is depended on not only the output of the gas but also the status of the gas generator. On the basis of materiel equilibrium, a mathematic model is presented firstly. Then, integrated with the coal-adding coefficient modification model based on conditions of the generator, an intelligently integrated model is designed to calculate the quantities of coal-adding which considers the production and the status of the gas generator. According to this model, the practical product data are simulated. The simulation shows that this method is feasible, effective and has important referenced value for technician to adjust the production.
