随着经济、文化、科技的进步,现代服务业逐渐成为国际贸易的重要组成部分,也成为衡量一国现代化水平的重要标志。本文从评价现代服务业国际竞争力的相关方法入手,采用贸易竞争力指数、国际市场占有率、显示性比较优势指数、Michaely竞争优势指数及显示性竞争比较优势指数作为评价指标,采用灰色关联分析法建立了能全面反映现代服务业竞争力的综合评价模型,并尝试使用该评价模型对中国的国家服务业竞争力及其内部行业的竞争力分布进行比较静态分析,从而厘清中国当前现代服务业发展所面临的一系列问题,为此提出了提升我国现代服务业国际竞争力的策略。
With the development of economy, culture, science and technology, modern service industry has gradually become an important component of international trade. As a result, the development of modem service industry has become an important symbol of modernization. This article started with the method used to evaluate the competitiveness of modem services, and then established a compre- hensive evaluation model which can reflect modem services competitiveness comprehensively by integrating trade competitiveness index, re- vealed comparative advantage index, competitive advantage index, international market share, and Michaely competition advantage index with grey associated analysis. Through quantitative comparison and study on the international competitiveness of modern service industry of major developed countries and departments belong to modem service industry, we discovered that the overall competitiveness of our modem service industry is relatively weak with unreasouable internal structure and low technological content issues. At last, the article concludes with some recommendations of improving international competitiveness of our modem service industry.
