各种煤矿安全管理行为及其相互影响作用研究

为了探究不同煤矿安全管理行为的相互影响关系,用以指导煤矿管理者的安全管理工作实践,在对煤矿安全管理行为内涵进行界定的基础上,运用专家调查法获得了25种煤矿安全管理行为,运用提名分组技术筛选出13种最重要的安全管理行为,运用模糊决策实验室方法对这些安全管理行为的相互影响作用进行研究。通过计算各煤矿安全管理行为间的直接影响矩阵,计算各煤矿安全管理行为间的影响度和被影响度,得到总影响度和净影响度,进而探析不同煤矿安全管理行为之间的相互影响作用特点。又进一步将这13种煤矿安全管理行为划分为5个管理维度,研究了不同安全管理维度之间的相互影响作用特点。结果表明,不同煤矿安全管理行为和安全管理维度的相互影响作用是不同的,煤矿管理者可以根据这些影响作用特点,更加合理地选择和实施各种安全管理行为。

英文摘要:

The present paper is inclined to make an exploration of the interactive relation between the various management measures and behaviors as to the coalmine safety warranty and the safety management practices of the mining managerial headquarters. Via a careful investigation and exploration,we have identified 25 measures in the mining safety management control and 13 kinds of common coalmine safety-oriented behaviors by using the Nominal Group Means. At the same time,we have also developed the guiding thinking on the mutual relation between the above said measures and the actual executive behaviors by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method based on carefully defining the implication of the coalmining safety management behaviors gained from the past years' mining administrative management and control. Taking into full account all the directly influential matrix of the coalmine safety management behaviors,we have carefully weighted the influential and influenced degrees and further studied the difference between the total influential degree and the net influential degree,and consequently analyzed the interactive relation among the said measures or behaviors. What is more,a systemic analysis has been done over the interactive relation among the 5 different management dimensions which can be summed up from the above said13 kinds of measures or behaviors. Our investigations and explorations show that different measures and measure dimensions of the mining safety management tend to have different interactive effects or impacts. As a result,we have confirmed the highest correlation factors among others are building the safety atmosphere,exchanging the safety information,and summing up the safety experiences,in addition to forming up the safety goals and policies,modifying the safety manipulating rules and summarizing safety-warranty experience.
