员工不安全行为是导致煤矿事故的直接原因,文章从员工行为过程的角度出发研究了煤矿员工不安全行为选择的影响因素,并在风险预控管理理念的指导下构建了以风险预知管理、风险预想管理、风险预控管理、风险预警管理和辅助管理为基本内容的煤矿员工不安全行为综合防控模式,为进一步研究煤矿行为安全管理问题提供了新思路。
The mine staff unsafe behaviors are the direct cause to mine accidents occurred. From the view of the mine staffs behavior process, the paper had a study on the influence factors selected for the mine staff unsafe behaviors. Under the guidance of the risk pre -control and management conception, a comprehensive prevention and control model of the mine staffs unsafe behaviors was established with the risk precognition management, risk expected management, risk pre -control management, risk early warning management and auxiliary management as the basic content, which could provide the new idea to the further study on the safety management of the mine behaviors.
