随着频率测量系统在许多领域的广泛应用,为了达到高速高精度宽量程的频率测量,介绍了基于Nios II处理器软核的SOPC为控制核心,采用直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术,在SOPC上构建通道切换逻辑控制、信号处理器模块以及人机交互模块,实现高速多通道数据运算与处理,缩小了频率仪体积,并降低了开发成本。通过通道切换逻辑控制,实现宽量程频率采样。通过细分插补软件算法实现0.061 ns级的时间测量,从而实现高精度的频率测量。
With the widely application of the frequency measurement system in many areas,in order to achieve high speed and high precision wide-range frequency measurement,the SOPC control core based on Nios II soft core processor was introduced.The direct data frequency synthesis technology was used.The channel switching logic control,signal processor module and human-computer interaction module were built on SOPC.The high speed multi-channel data operation and processing were realized.It reduced the volume and the cost of frequency meter.Wide-range frequency sampling was realized by multi-channel switch logic control. Time measurement can be realized at 0.061 nanoseconds through software interpolation subdivision algorithm,thus high precision of frequency measurement was realized.
