Science and technology service is the most important mechanism in the development of regional distinctive feature agriculture. Based on the cases of Ningxia, the progress and present conditions of the reform of agricultural science and technology service system was analyzed in the paper. It was conclude that a ＂U＂ service system has formed and there still be some urgent problems demanded resolving, especially the shortage of matched system in science and tecchnology service. Speculations of building up six kinds of matched system were put forward in the paper.
