There is a growing body of evidence supporting the paracrine/autocrine activity of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) exerts therapeutic benefits, which could be related to angiogenesis, immune modulation and regulation of apoptosis. Bioactive molecules secreted by MSCs, which is named as secretome, includes cytokines, chemokines and multiple implications for the and regulation role of many promising alternative to skin growth factors, and has gained increasing attention in recent years because of its repair, restoration or regeneration of injured tissues. Based on its molecule profiling physiological processes, MSCs secretome has shown great potential as a novel and wound healing treatment.
