This paper reviews the application achievement of real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology in the re- combinant adeno-associated virus genome titer determination and its application in rAAVs' quality control, including in- fectious titer and contamination rate of reAAV. The current several problems of qPCR technique, such as relatively nar- row application range, easy to cause systemic errors and be interfered by rAAV impurity, are analyzed and discussed on better countermeasures.
