Recombinant adeno-associated virus （rAAV） vector mediated antibody gene therapy medicine, that can provide neutralizing antibodies to the host for protection from HIV infection against infection, is an alternative of HIV vaccine. The literatrue on the progress in isolation of HIV specific broadly neutralizing antibodies（bNAbs）, rAAV mediated bnAb gene therapy experiments against HIV is reviewed. The rAAV mediated gene therapy for HIV antibody test results have been introduced, and its research advances have been analyzed.
