According to the current situation of higher vocational education development and the society＇ s requirement for the transportation vocational education , this article integrated closely with the new situation of transportation and the relevant government＇ s policies about encouraging vocational education, analyzed the transportation vocational education＇ s investment properties, demonstrated the safeguard mechanism of return on investment and the feasibility of the industry and social forces ＇ participating in education.
