针对如何无接触地测量水凝胶的形变状态这个难题,提出一种基于图像分析的测量方法.该方法的测量精度取决于水凝胶图像分割的好坏.基于实验图像中目标与背景区域具有明显的色差,但其直方图没有双峰的特性,提出一种基于颜色直方图和模糊熵的分割算法.实验表明,该方法能有效克服经典方法易受光照不均等因素造成的不良影响,具有识别精度高、计算量小、实时性好的特点.
Aiming at the difficult problem of measuring the hydrogel deformation state without touching,a measuring method based on image analysis is proposed.The measuring precision of this method lies on the result of the hydrogel image segmentation.A method for hydrogel image segmentation based on fuzzy entropy theory and color histogram is proposed based on the situation that there is obvious color difference between object region and background region in the experimental images,but its histogram does not have two peaks.Experimental results show that the proposed method can overcome the adverse effects caused by inhomogeneous illumination better than that of classical method.It also has advantages of high precision,low computation and strong good real-time operation.
