采用3种自制氯代荧光素染料上染锦纶织物,考察了染液pH值对染色织物的K/S值的影响,探讨了染色织物的K/S值、最大反射率及荧光强度三者的相互关系.结果表明,随着pH值的增大,氯代荧光素染色织物的K/S值均出现先增大后减小的趋势;染色织物的最大反射率及荧光强度均与K/S值呈现很好的负相关性.与荧光素染色织物相比,氯代荧光素染色织物的最大激发及发射波长均发生不同程度的红移,且染色织物的颜色包括荧光黄色、荧光橙色及荧光红色.
Three chloro-fluorescein dyes home made were used for dyeing nylon fabrics. The effect of dye bath pH value on K/S value of dyed fabrics was studied. The relationship among K/S value, the max reflectance and fluorescent intensity of dyed fabrics was discussed. The results show that K/S value of dyed fabrics increases first, then decreases with the increasing of pH value. There is a good negative correlation between the maximum reflectance or fluorescent intensity and K/S value of dyed fabrics. Compared with dyed fabric of fluorescein, dyed fabrics of chloro-fluorescein dyes are found to shift fluorescence excitation and emission spectra towards long wavelength. The different colors of dyed fabrics are found, including fluorescence yellow, fluorescence orange and fluorescence red.
