2-（Azidomethyl） pyridine（1） was prepared by using 2-bromomethyl pyridine hydrobromide and sodium azide as raw materials. 4-（Ethynyloxy） benzaldehyde（2） was prepared by substitution reaction of hydroxy benzaldehyde with bromine propiolic. The intermediate,4-{ [1-（pyridin-2-ylmethyl）-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl] methoxy} benzaldehyde（3）,was prepared by click reaction of 2 with 1.Rhodamine fluorescent probe was synthesized by reductive amination of 3 with rhodamine hydrazine.The structure was characterized by1 H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.
