从成都市实际情况出发,利用层次分析法构建成都市地下水资源开发利用综合评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法构建地下水资源开发利用综合评价模型,首先确定评判对象的因素集、决策集和隶属度函数,并通过隶属度函数求出评判矩阵,然后确定模糊集以及综合评判矩阵,最后采取加权平均法求出评价等级指数,并就评价结果提出相关建议。研究结果表明:中心城区的地下水资源开发利用强度较大,而新津县的地下水资源开发利用程度相对来说比较弱,与实际情况较吻合,说明该评价方法是合理、可行的。
Based on the actual situation of Chengdu, this paper use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of groundwater resources development and utilization of in Chengdu by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and establishes the the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct comprehensive evaluation model of groundwater resources development and utilization by using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. This paper first,determinefirst determines the factor sets,evaluation object decision sets and membership function of the evaluations and object, and uses the membership function to get evaluation matrix, then ascertains the fuzzy set and comprehensive evaluation matrix,and finally take the weighted average method to obtains the evaluation subordinate level grade index through the weighted average method and puts forward related suggestions based on the evaluation results. The result shows that the development and utilization of the groundwater resources in the central urban area is quite large,while the exploitation and utilization weak,which is consistent with the actual feasible. of that the groundwater resources in situation, showing that this evaluation Xinjin county is relatively method is reasonable and
