采用聚乙二醇(PEG6000)胁迫,研究了干旱胁迫条件下麻疯树幼苗叶组织中抗氧化系统的变化.结果表明:在060 h胁迫中,麻疯树幼苗叶片相对含水量(RWC)明显下降;处理36 h内,丙二醛(MDA)含量略有增加,但增幅不大,叶绿素含量增加;处理36 h后,MDA含量大幅增加,叶绿素含量逐渐下降;抗坏血酸(ASA)含量伴随胁迫处理开始增加,48 h后才逐渐下降;处理12 h检测到还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量与GR活性开始上升,48 h后才开始下降,二者变化一致.抗氧化酶系统变化并不一致,SOD、CAT和APX活性在胁迫后都呈现先逐步增加而后缓慢下降的趋势,但各自酶活峰值出现在不同时期;POD活性则持续随处理时间的延长而增加,后期增幅逐渐减小;SOD,POD和APX活性在胁迫期间一直高于对照.
Stress with polyethylene glycol(PEG)6000 is carried put to study the change of anti-oxidation system roe the leaf of Jatropha curcas L..The results indicates that the relative water content(RWC) greatly declined during the 060 h stress.Malondialdehyde(MDA) content remains stable with little increase,but the content of chlorophyll increases within 36 h.After 36 h,MDA content increases significantly,the content of chlorophyll gradually decreases.The content of L-Glutathione Reduced(GSH) and the activities of GR begin to rise within 12 h,decrease after 48 h stress.The anti-oxidative enzyme system changes inconsistently,the activity of SOD,CAT and APX present the trend,gradually increase at the early stage of stress,then slow development down,but enzymatic activity peak value occur at different time.The activity of POD rose as stress time increased as well,the growth rate is on the decrease for the later stage.The activity of SOD,POD and APX is higher than the non-stress group during the stress period.
