用钢渣取代砂来进行赤泥复合硅酸盐水泥砂浆放射性的屏蔽,研究了钢渣的细度与掺量对赤泥复合硅酸盐水泥水泥砂浆水化28 d强度和放射性的影响。结果显示:利用钢渣来取代砂可以有效屏蔽赤泥复合硅酸盐水泥砂浆的放射性,但会引起砂浆28 d抗压和抗折强度的降低;用于取代的钢渣粒度不变时,钢渣掺量越多,放射性屏蔽效果越好;用于取代的钢渣掺量相同时,钢渣粒度越小,放射性屏蔽效果越好;用80~500μm的钢渣取代砂量达到20%时,所得砂浆的放射性屏蔽率高达18.2%,此时砂浆的28 d抗压强度为42.5 MPa,28 d抗折强度为7.2 MPa。
It used steel slag to replace sand for the red mud P. C mortar's radioactive shield.Impact of steel slag content and fineness on the 28 d strength and radioactive of the red mud P. C mortar was studied.Results show that we can block the radioactive of the red mud P. C mortar by replacing sand with steel slag, but can lead to the 28 d compressive and flexural strength of the mortar reduced. The high- er the content of the shield of steel slag, the better of the radioactive shield of the results under the same steel slag particle size. The smaller the particle size of the shield of steel slag, the better of the radioactive shield of the results under the same steel slag content. The radioactive shielding rate can reach 18.2%as the amount of 80-500 μm steel slag instead of sand reaches 20%, the 28 d compressive strength of the mortar is 42.5 MPa,the 28 d flexural strength is 7.2 MPa.
