以脱碱拜耳法赤泥、砂岩、石灰石和粉煤灰为原料成功烧制了各项性能优良的普通硅酸盐水泥。最佳配料参数为脱碱拜耳法赤泥:砂岩:石灰石:粉煤灰=14:76.21:8:1.79,烧成温度为1450℃。研究了煅烧、赤泥掺量、煅烧温度和水化过程对赤泥基普通硅酸盐水泥中226^Ra、232^Th和40^K放射性比活度的影响。结果表明在赤泥基普通硅酸盐水泥煅烧过程中226^Ra、232^Th放射性比活度增加,40^K放射性比活度减小;赤泥基普通硅酸盐水泥中226^Ra、232^Th和40^K的放射性比活度随着赤泥掺量的增加均有所增加;煅烧温度对赤泥基普通硅酸盐水泥中。226^Ra、232^Th和40^K的放射性比活度影响不大;随着水化龄期的延长,赤泥基普通硅酸盐水泥中226^Ra的放射性比活度逐渐增加,232^Th的放射性比活度变化不大,40^K的放射性比活度逐渐减小。
Dealkalization Bayer red mud, sandstone,limestone and fly ash are used as raw material for cement firing, the component ratio of the raw materials for the production of Portland cement clinkers is the dealkalization Bayer red mud, sandstone, limestone, fly ash = 14: 76.21:8:1.79, the sintering temperature is 1 450 ℃. Influence of calcining process, red mud additive, temperature and curing ages on radioactive specific activity of ^226 Ra, ^232 Th, ^40K was studied. Results show that the radioactive specific activity of ^226 Ra, ^232 Th is increased while ^40K is decreased after calcining cement clinker.When sintering temperature is 1 400 ℃ ,the radioactivity specific activity of ^226 Ra, ^232 Th, ^40 K increased along with the increase content of red mud in the clinker; Above 1 300 ℃, the radioactivity specific activity of ^226 Ra, ^232 Th and ^40K showed little change along with temperature change. The radioactivity specific activity of ^226 Ra increase along with hydration length of time increasing, ^40K is just opposite, ^232Th has been basically unchanged.
