针对中国长城铝业郑州分公司产出的烧结法赤泥,通过研究其含水率、密度、pH、颗粒级配、比表面积、化学成分、矿物组成、微观形貌和放射性等,分析了赤泥的资源特性及其综合利用的主要限制因素。结果表明:赤泥含水率较大,呈强碱性;赤泥是由许多不规则小颗粒团聚而成的大颗粒,细度模数为1.5,略小于细砂;赤泥的物质组成和活性指数表明其适用于建材行业.尤其是作为水泥原料和混合材。但限制赤泥综合利用的关键因素有2个,即碱含量较大和放射性核素超标.因此降低赤泥碱含量、屏蔽其放射性核素是解决赤泥综合利用途径的关键问题。
In allusion to the red mud of sintcring process from Zhengzhou Branch of China Great Wall Aluminum Corp., the resource characteristics and main limiting factors of comprehensive utilization were analyzed through the study of its moisture content, density, pH, particle size distribution, specific surface area, chemical composition, mineral composition, morphology, and radioactivity etc..Results showed that :the moisture content of the red mud was high and it was strongly alkaline ;the red mud was made up of large particles that were agglomerated by many irregular small panicles,its fineness modulus was 1.5, slightly less than fine sand ; substance construction and activity index of it showed that it was suitable for producing building materials,especially for raw material of cement and mixed materials;but two main factors limiting its comprehensive utiliza- tion were excessive alkali content and radionuclide.Thus reducing alkali content and shield its radionuclide was the core questions of comprehensive utilization of the red mud.
