对某水泥厂存在“欠烧”和“过烧”情况的两种熟料进行岩相分析,并结合其化学分析探索主要成分变化规律及形成原因。分析表明:欠烧状态下熟料结构多孔、且孔洞尺寸大,C2S簇和f-CaO簇呈较近距离分布;而过烧状态下熟料结构致密,C3S矿物之间分布一些f-CaO单晶体或小尺寸的簇,周围没有可与之反应的C2S矿物。
Phase structure of soft-burned and hard-burned clinker samples in a cement plant was analyzed, and combined with its chemical analysis to explore variation and causes of the main components. It results showed as followings: there were more pores in the soft-burned clinker sample structure, the pore size was large, the distance between C2S and f-CaO cluster was much close, and the hard-burned clinker sample' s structure was compact, and there were somef-CaO monocrystal and small clusters among the C3S miner- al, and there was no C2S minerals around them.
