农业发展是我国社会经济发展的基础和保障，而农业发展的关键是要依靠农业科技。基于福建省241个农户的调查数据。应用Logistic模型对农户新技术采纳意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。研究表明，性别、对农业生产动态的了解情况、与农技站交流情况、新品种的销售前景、农业技术指导情况、新品种种苗的获取、周围人对新技术重要性的认知、采纳新技术的积极性、新技术需求情况与农户新技术采纳意愿呈显著正相关关系，而农业劳动力比重、土地用水情况与农户新技术采纳意愿呈负相关关系。最后提出提高农户新技术采纳率的政策建议。

英文摘要：

Agricultural development was the foundation of China＇s economy and secarity, the key to agricultural development was to rely on agri- cultural science and technology. Based on the survey data of 241 farmers in Fujian Province, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of new technol- ogy adoption by using the logistic model. The results showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between gender, understanding of agri- cultural production dynamics, communicated with agricultural technician station, saled prospects of new varieties, agricultural technical guidance, ac- quisition of new seedlings, recognition of the importance of new technology by people around, the enthusiasm of adopting new technologies, the demand of new technology and new technology adoption intention of farmer. And, there was a negative correlation between the proportion of agricultural labor, water consumption of land and new technology adoption intention of farmer. Finally, this paper put forward policy suggestions on improving the adoption rate of new technology of farmer households.
