选取2000-2013年我国30个省份的面板数据,运用Malmquist生产率指数对我国技术创新效率进行测算,并对其区域差异的收敛性进行深入分析。研究表明:规模效率是当前我国技术创新效率提升的主要动力,但提升技术创新水平和优化资源配置结构才是我国未来实现国家科技创新体系的根本出路;我国技术创新效率"东高西低"格局依然存在,且大部分区域处于低效运行状态;全国仅华东地区、西南地区和西北地区存在"俱乐部收敛"现象。
Based on the pool data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2013, Malmquist productivity indexes are applied to calcu- late the efficiency of provincial technical innovation by TFP, and analysis is conducted on the convergence of regional differences. The result indicated as follows. Scale efficiency is the main power of the efficiency of provincial technical innovation, but to improve the level of technical innovation and to optimize the structure of resources allocation is the fundamental way for the future to realize national science and technology innovation system in our country. Distribution pattern of high technical innovation efficiency in the east and low in the west is still visible. The resources of technical innovation efficiency in most areas are at an inefficient operation steady state. Only in the east, southwest and northwest regions there exists "club convergence" phenomenon.
