As the cross-strait agricultural scientific and technological cooperation involves multiple stakeholders,it is necessary to consider comprehensively the interests of the partners,in order to achieve the synergistic innovation of the cross-strait agricultural science and technology.Based on the existing problems in the cross-strait agricultural science and technology at the present stage,the synergistic mechanisms of the cross-strait agricultural science and technology were constructed,which mainly included perfecting the guarantee mechanism for the cross-strait communication and cooperation and the special financial input administration;establishing the driving mechanism for transferring the cross-strait agricultural scientific and technological achievements and applications,promoting the agricultural market demand cultivation,and optimizing the unified quality-safety certification of the cross-strait products;and improving the promotion mechanism for the government to purchase,support and reward the innovation cooperation of scientific and technological achievements.
