应用电力系统可靠性评估原理,对广东2010年规划电网丰大和枯大2种运行方式分别进行了基于直流潮流法和交流潮流法的可靠性评估.计算了系统和节点的可靠性指标。结果表明:广东规划电网由于电源功率相对充裕、网络较强健等因素,2种方式下系统可靠性水平均较好。由于负荷的变化和机组开机方式的不同等原因.该电网枯大比中大运行方式具有更高的可靠性。2种方式下,广东电网大部分节点可靠性较好,但佛山、广州、深圳等地区的部分节点可靠性相对较差。
The reliability of Guangdong planned power grid in 2010 for two typical operation modes is evaluated based on power system reliability evaluation principles by using the DC and AC power flow reliability assessment techniques. The system and bus reliability indices are computed. The evaluation results show that both two typical operation modes have high reliability due to adequacy of power sources, strong power network configurations and other factors. The reliability levels of two typical operation modes have a little difference because of different operation conditions including load levels and power supply capacity. Most buses have high reliability except some buses in Foshan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen areas.
