可靠性跟踪方法是辨识电力系统薄弱环节的主要方法之一,通过跟踪分析可得到各元件对系统可靠性指标的“贡献”,元件的贡献越大,其对系统可靠性的影响就越大,即为系统的薄弱环节。分析了可靠性跟踪准则和跟踪指标,基于跟踪结果给出了系统可靠性的改善措施,并基于等年值对措施的可靠性和经济性进行综合分析。应用可靠性跟踪原理,计算分析了2010年广东电网各元件对系统不可靠度的分摊,辨识出2种典型运行方式下对系统可靠性影响较大的薄弱环节。基于此,提出了广东电网的改善方案,并对其进行了成本效益分析。
The reliability tracing techniques is one of the most effective methods to identify the weak parts of a power system. The contribution of each component towards system reliability can be evaluated using the reliability tracing rules and models. Greater contribution means higher impact on system reliability. These components can be recognized as weak parts of the system. The reliability tracing principles and reliability tracing indices are analyzed, the improvement measures based on the reliability tracing results are presented. The robustness and economy of the improvement measures are evaluated using the constant annuity method. The reliability contributions of the individual components in 2010 Guangdong power grid are calculated using the reliability tracing principles. The weak parts which have the most impacts under two typical operating modes are identified. The reliability improvement measures based on the component reliability contributions are presented, and further evaluated by using the cost-benefit analysis.
