依托某地下厂房岩锚梁工程,对首先浇筑的岩锚梁施工段进行温度试验,利用实测数据,采用改进遗传算法和理论上准确的含冷却水管三维有限元温度场计算方法,进行温度场的反演分析,获取混凝土绝热温升曲线和不同材料的表面热交换系数,并验证了结果的合理性,为后续岩锚梁施工的仿真分析提供条件.
Based on the anchor beam project of an underground workshop,the temperature test was carried out for the construction section of rock anchor beams poured firstly.Using the measured data,the back analysis of temperature fields was conducted to obtain adiabatic temperature curves of the concrete and heat-exchange coefficients of different materials using the improved genetic algorithm and theoretically accurate calculation method of three-dimensional finite element temperature field containing cooling water pipes,and the rationality of the results was verified which provided the conditions for the simulation analysis of the subsequent construction of rock anchor beams.
