针对垂直振动输送机诸多优点,利用基于DEM开发的颗粒流分析程序PFC,建立了PFC模型.考虑到物料颗粒属性以及颗粒间的相互作用力对物料输送的影响,对垂直振动输送机上颗粒群的输送过程进行了模拟仿真,分析得到了激振参数(振幅、振动频率)、料层厚度和粒径对垂直方向输送过程及输送速度的影响,为进一步研究散料输送过程的复杂机理提供了依据.
In view of advantages of the vertically vibratory conveyor, the paper applied the particle flow analysis program PFC developed based on DEM to build its model. Considering the influence of the attributes of material particles and the interaction among particles on material delivery, the paper simulated the delivery of particle swarm on the vertically vibratory conveyor, and analyzed the influence of obtained excitation parameters (vibratory amplitude, vibratory frequency), material thickness and particle size on delivery process and delivery velocity at vertical direction. The results offered reference for further study on complicated mechanism of bulk delivery process.
