针对非简谐水平振动输送机和垂直振动输送机,在振动参数相同、总质量相等的情况下分别进行单颗粒和多颗粒建模,并利用DEM软件对输送过程进行仿真.仿真结果表明,水平输送仿真的多颗粒总体平均与单颗粒变化周期相同、趋势一致;垂直输送仿真的多颗粒总体平均在z方向与单颗粒趋势基本一致,但在x方向不如单颗粒变化剧烈.而多颗粒仿真可以将颗粒的整体运动分解为不同料层的运动,不同料层之间的运动状态是有差异的,有助于从更细微的角度分析物料参数对输送规律的影响.
For non-harmonic horizontal vibrating conveyor and vertical vibrating conveyor, single-particle and multi-particle model were separately built in case of the same total mass and the same vibrating parameters, and simulation on the delivery process were conducted by using DEM software. The simulation results showed: the overall average movement of multi-particle was generally consistent with the movement of single-particle in variation period and tendency during simulation on horizontal delivery; the overall average movement of multi-particle was generally consistent with the movement of single-particle in variation tendency in direction z during simulation on vertical delivery, and less severe than the movement of single-particle in direction x. The overall movement of particles was divided into movement of various material layers during the multi-particle simulation, the movement difference of various material layers was contributive to more detailed analysis on influence of material parameters on delivery mechanism.
