MicroRNA是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA，可通过抑制肿瘤细胞DNA损伤修复蛋白的表达影响肿瘤细胞的增殖或凋亡。MicroRNA的失调可导致多种疾病的发生，与肿瘤发生和治疗药物的敏感性密切相关。本文主要介绍了几种常见肿瘤细胞DNA损伤修复中MicroRNA表达的调节及其在DNA损伤应答中的作用，并阐述了其对肿瘤治疗方法选择以及预后判断的指导意义和应用前景。

MicroRNA is a class of endogenous non-coding small RNA molecules which can regulate proliferation and apoptosis of tumorcells by suppressing the expression of DNA repair proteins.disorder of miRNA can lead to many kinds of diseases,which has an importantrole in the etiology of cancer and sensitivity of treatment.This article mainly focused on the regulation of miRNA expression in DNA damageand repair in several common cancer cells,the role in response to DNA damage and the meaning of miRNA for tumor treatment and theguiding significance of the prognosis and application prospects.
