CBD is the result of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology,and it is the new urban space.From respect of the level of the scale,form,location choice,This article approaches to summarized research on the international development of the CBD.According to the scale and services,international CBD are divided into 3 grades.According to the development process and the formation of conditions,those can be divided into 3 types,and CBD in China are carried out a preliminary assessment.According to the urban form,traffic patterns and direction of development,those may be divided into 4 types.On this basis,3 proposals are put forward for the CBD of Nanjing to help to develop orderly.
