在连铸坯线结构光视觉定重方法中,测量轮廓横截面积的两结构光平面的重合度对测量结果影响很大。为了快速准确地调整两结构光平面重合,文章基于视觉测量理论与空间坐标转换原理,提出了利用方框式圆点靶标调整两线结构光平面重合度的方法。推导出了结构光调整数学模型。调整时,首先由调整模型计算出两结构光平面在水平与竖直方向上的夹角,通过调整机构使两结构光平面的平行度达到测量要求;然后平移其中一个结构光平面,使两结构光平面重合度满足测量要求。组建了实验系统,实验结果显示利用该调整方法所得调整角度绝对误差小于0.05°,平移距离绝对误差小于0.1mm,能满足测量精度要求。
In the method of billet vision weight based on linear structure laser,the registration of two linear structure laser planes which measure the contour cross section area has agreat influence on the measurement result.In order to make the two linear structure laser planes be coincident quickly and accurately,in this paper,presented is the method of using the box shaped dot target to adjust two linear structure laser plane to be coincident on the basis of the theory of vision measurement and the theory of spatial coordinate transformation.The linear structure laser adjustment model has been derived.The angle on the horizontal direction and the angle on the vertical direction between the two linear structure laser planes are calculated by the adjustment model and the parallelism of the two structured planes is made to meet the requirement by the adjustment mechanism,and then one of the linear structure laser planes is translated so that the registration of two linear structure laser planes can meet the requirement of measurement.The experimental results show that the absolute error of the adjustment angle and the translation distance is less than 0.05°and 0.1 mm,respectively,which can meet the measurement accuracy requirement.
