随着计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术的发展,基于模型定义技术(MBD)的全三维数字化设计的优越性日趋得到业界重视。作为工业管路系统的常用控制装置,阀门产品设计长期采用以二维工程图为主、三维模型为辅的设计模式,这种模式落后于CAD技术发展趋势。为了提高阀门设计的效率与合理性,提出了基于MBD技术的阀门数字化设计方法。通过分析总结MBD技术的构成内涵,在通用三维CAD软件UG NX平台下,以典型阀门产品为例,建立了基于MBD表示形式的阀门零部件模型、规范了阀门产品MBD数据集的组织与管理,最终完成了基于MBD技术三偏心蝶阀的设计。
With the development of computer-aided design, the advantage of full three-dimensional digital design with Model-based Definition is getting increasing attention. As the common control devices of industrial piping system, the computer aided design pattern based on 2D engineering drawing and supplemented by 3D model is widely used in valve enterprises. This pattern is backward compared with the development trend of CAD. In order to improve the effectiveness and rationality of valve design, the method of valve design based on MBD was proposed. Through the analysis and summary of the structure of MBD, the valve parts was modeled on a basis of the presentation form of MBD, which the organization and management ofMBD dataset was regulated in UG NX. Taking the typical valve as the example, the design of three eccentric butterfly valve based on MBD was accomplished.
