英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To acquire the basic material about the impact factors of nosocomial infection management,to summarize and evaluate the current status of nosocomial infection management as well as the existing problems in a large comprehensive hospital so as to put forward the improvement countermeasures.METHODS By means of the panel discussions and in-depth interviews,the problems were summarized.RESULTS The survey indicated that the main impact factors of nosocomial infection management included the organization structure,discipline construction,professional level and professional structure,establishment and execution of system,monitoring technology standards and prevention,knowledge training and effectiveness,and social and economic benefit.CONCLUSION It is an effective way of intensifying the nosocomial infection management to improve the management mode and strengthen the supervision of management team as well to apply the modern information technology.
