以一质量达340 t的特重车通过白水港一桥项目为背景,考虑到按常规荷载等级设计的旧石拱桥的承载力一般难以满足超重荷载通行的要求,对特载通行的可行性进行了安全评定。通过现场静、动荷载试验,评估了桥梁的整体刚度和强度,并结合试验结果,利用桥梁通用有限元软件分别建立单梁模型和实体模型进行结构承载能力检算及动力特性分析。综合桥梁现状及有限元计算结果,提出安全评定结论,并依据评定结果提出了现浇三钢混凝土和压注水泥砂浆的有效加固措施,确保了特重车安全过桥。
Based on the project of an overweight vehicle weighed 340 ton passing through Baishuigang First Bridge,considering the bearing capacity of an old stone arch bridge designed by conventional load rating cannot meet the requirement of passing through of an overweight vehicle,safety evaluation of the feasibility of an overweight vehicle passing through the bridge was performed.The overall stiffness and strength of the bridge was evaluated by static and dynamic load test on site.The bearing capacity of the bridge was checked and the dynamic characteristic was analyzed by using the established single-beam model and solid model with general bridge finite element software.The safety evaluation conclusion was put forward on the basis of bridge status and finite element calculation,and the effective reinforcement measures of composite steel cast-in-place concrete and pressure injection of cement mortar were put forward accordingly,which ensured the safety of an overweight vehicle passing through a stone arch bridge.
