针对混凝土结构对温度作用敏感的特点,以某悬索桥混凝土桥塔日照温度场测试数据为基础,分析了塔壁厚度方向最不利温差作用下桥塔的空间应力分布。分析表明,正、负温差作用下塔壁内、外表面出现较大的拉应力,最大拉应力出现在每个塔壁内、外表面沿高度方向的中线上。正温差作用下,向阳一侧的东侧塔壁内表面的拉应力比其他塔壁的拉应力大;负温差作用下东侧塔壁和西侧塔壁外表面的拉应力比其他两个塔壁的拉应力大,不论温差是否为最大。
Aiming at that concrete structure is very sensitive to the temperature,based on the sunshine temperature field test data of the concretes bridge towers of some suspension bridges,space stress distribution of the towers was analyzed under the most disadvantageous temperature difference effect along the thickness direction of the tower walls.The analysis indicated that the tensile stress appears in inner and outer surface of the tower wall under positive and negative temperature difference loads,and the ultimate thermal stress appears in the center line along height direction of each tower wall surface.The tensile stress in the tower wall surface toward the sunshine is greater than that of other tower walls under positive temperature difference loads.Under the negative temperature difference loads,the tensile stress in the walls of west and east sides of the tower is greater than that of walls of other sides.
