关系(Guanxi)理论于近年得到了充分发展和不断完善,逐渐成为社会学、心理学、管理学和人类学领域研究关注的焦点。Guanxi具有文化性、可转移性、互惠互利性等主要特征;其产生受文化、政治和社会因素的影响;在企业组织中,Guanxi的影响前因可以归纳为组织因素、战略因素、制度因素和个体因素四类;其结果表现为促进企业绩效提高、实现个体间知识转移及信任程度增加等。本文对该理论的研究现状进行了全面述评,并在此基础上,对其未来的研究方向和趋势进行了初步探析。
Theories on Guanxi being developed and improved becomes the focus for researchers in the fields of sociology, psychology,management and anthropology. Guanxi acts with cultural, transferable, reciprocal, intangible, utilitarian and long-term characteristics. Guanxi is formed with cultural,political and social reasons. Guanxi is influenced by organizational, strategic,institutional and individual factors. The outcomes of Guanxi are performance improvement,individual knowledge transferring and trust increasing. According to domestic and foreign literatures, this paper reviews Guanxi researchs and points out the future research directions.
