在快速变化的技术和市场环境中,如何提高新创企业突破性创新能力从而促进其持续成长是亟待解决的理论和实践问题。文章基于组织学习理论、合作关系理论和创新能力理论,构建关系学习影响新创企业突破性创新能力的概念模型并提出研究假设。利用286家新创企业的有效调研数据对所提研究假设进行实证检验。研究结果表明:与外部供应商共享信息和共同解决问题正向影响新创企业关系专用性记忆;新创企业吸收能力正向调节这种影响关系;新创企业关系专用性记忆正向影响其突破性创新能力。
In a rapidly changing technological and market environment, it is urgent for new ventures to solve the theoretical and practical issues on how to improve radical innovation capability so as to ensure their own sustainable development. Based on the organizational learning theory,cooperative relationship theory and innovation capability theory,the paper builds a concep-tual model that how relationship learning impacts the radical innovation capability of new ventures and proposes the research hy-potheses. The paper also makes an empirical test on the hypotheses by using valid survey data from 286 new ventures. The re-sults show that information sharing and joint problem-solving with external suppliers have a positive effect on relationship-spe-cific memory of new ventures. Absorptive capacity positively moderates the relations. Relationship-specific memory of new ven-tures has a positive effect on the radical innovation capability.
