After proposing the theoretical model among strategic purchasing, senior manager’s low carbon attitude andmanufacturers, low carbon purchasing, this paper tests the hypotheses by the structural equation model, combined with questionnairesurvey. Results indicates that supplier integration and low carbon collaboration with suppliers are key factors acceleratinglow carbon purchasing. Not only can strategic purchasing and senior manager’s low carbon attitude directly promotethe implementation of low carbon purchasing, but can also indirectly accelerate the implementation by improving low carboncollaboration with suppliers.
