针对某中板厂提供的轧制工艺参数及目标控制参数,通过研究钢板水冷及空冷过程的换热规律,利用差分方程建立了中厚板双机架间的冷却模型。经实验验证,模型精度控制在7%以内,能够满足生产需要。此外,通过分析模型计算结果,总结冷却过程中温度变化规律,设计出水冷设备工艺参数,为进一步工业应用打下基础。
This thesis is based on the rolling technological parameter and target control parameter of a medium plate plant. Through the research of heat transfer regularity in plate's water cooling and Zir cooling process, the cooling model of medium plate double rolling mills is established by using difference equation. After checking by experiment, the precision which is within 7% can satisfy the wants in real production. Furthermore, through analyzing the model calculation results and then summarizing the basic law of temperature changing,the basic parameters of water cooling equipment is designed for further industrial application.
