[目的]验证18.6%拌·福·乙种衣剂提高棉花耐低温胁迫能力,探讨各组分在其耐胁迫方面发挥的作用。[方法]选用自行研制的含有杀菌剂、调节剂、微肥、表面活性剂、防冻剂等组分的复合型种衣剂和市售同类产品,模拟新疆棉花“倒春寒”低温胁迫条件,在播种后第1、3、5、10天分别进行5、10、15、20℃共4个低温处理,测定种衣剂对棉种发芽、出苗、幼苗生长、冷害后缓苗的影响。[结果]不同低温处理下,种衣剂包衣处理较未包衣棉种发芽率、出苗率分别提高12.4%~14.9%、10.2%~11.8%,幼苗株高、根长、茎粗、鲜质量分别增加1.2~5.6 cm、1.2~3.8 cm、0.27~0.60 mm、0.04~0.32 g,种衣剂处理缓苗较未包衣快。供试3种种衣剂中18.6%拌·福·乙效果最佳,各组分中杀菌剂作用最显著,其次是调节剂,剔除杀菌剂、调节剂组分后,其出苗率仅比未包衣高0.7%左右。[结论]供试3种种衣剂均能提高棉种发芽和出苗率,促进幼苗茎杆增粗、根系伸长及生物量积累,抵御一定温度、强度低温胁迫,缓解棉花苗期低温危害,18.6%拌·福·乙种衣剂效果最佳。

[Aims] The aims were to verify the ability of amicarthiazol" thiram- acephate 18.6% seed coating agent to improve the cotton resistance to low temperature stress, and to explore the functions of each component on stress resistance. [Methods] With self-made seed coating agents containing fungicide, plant growth regulator, fertilizer, surfactant, antifreeze and commercially available seed coating agents, the study was conducted by simulating low temperature stress condition for cotton in Xinjiang, and the 5, 10, 15, 20 ℃ treatments were begun at 1, 3, 5, 10 d, after sowing, respectively. The effects of seed coating agents on cotton seed germination rate, emergence rate, seedling growth and seedling recovery after the chilling injury were investigated. [Results] Under different low temperature treatments, the germination rate and emergence rate of cotton seeds got the seed coating treatment increased by 12.4-14.9 and 10.2-11.8% compared with that did not get the treatments the plant height, root length, stem diameter and fresh weight increased by 1.2-5.6 cm, 1.2-3.8 cm, 0.27-0.60 mm and 0.04-0.32 g, respectively. The recovery of cotton seedlings got the seed coating treatment was faster than that did not get the treatment. Amicarthiazol· thiram· acephate 18.6% seed coating agent had the best effect in the three tested seed coating agents, the effect of fungicide was the most obvious, the second was the plant growth regulator, the emergence rate was only increased by 0.7% than that did not get the treatment after removing fungicides and plant growth regulator components. [Conclusions] The three tested seed coating agents could improve the cotton seed germination, seedling emergence rate, promote the seedling stem thickening, root elongation, biomass accumulation, resist the low temperature stress of certain temperature and strength, and alleviate the low temperature damage of cotton seedlings, amicarthiazol" thiram" acephate 18.6% seed coating agent had the best treatment effect.
