为了揭示植物激素及环境胁迫对甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)几丁质酶基因(BnCHB4)表达的影响。用化学物质苯丙噻重氮(BTH)、甲基茉莉酸(MeJA)、1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)以及核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)和机械伤害分别处理油菜品种中双9号,采用荧光定量PCR方法测定BnCHB4在各诱导或处理后的相对表达量,结果表明,BTH、MeJA、ACC、S.sclerotiorum和机械伤害都能够快速诱导该基因的表达。表明,BnCHB4是各种环境信号的响应基因。
To reveal effect of plant hormones and environment stress on expression of Brassica napus CHB4(BnCHB4),the relative expression level of BnCHB4 was measured through qRT-PCR quantification of samples collected from Brassica napus leaves treated with BTH,MeJA,ACC,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and wound.The results showed that BnCHB4 expression was promptly activated by BTH,MeJA,ACC,S.sclerotiorum and wound,indicating BnCHB4 is in response to environmental stresses and plant hormones.
