WRKY转录因子广泛地参与植物的抗逆防卫反应。通过对甘蓝型油菜WRKY基因家族碱基组成和密码子用法的分析,发现其碱基组成不仅对密码子的偏好性选择有重要影响,而且与基因的表达水平参数(Nc、CAI、CBI等)显著相关。通过对密码子RSCU值的分析,得到了TTA、CTT、AGA等29个偏好密码子,且多以碱基A或T结尾。ENc-plot分析表明,除了碱基组成之外,自然选择等其它因素对密码子偏好性也有影响。

英文摘要:

WRKY transcription factor in plants is widely involved with resistance abiotic and biotic stresses.In this paper,the base composition and the codon usage bias of the WRKY gene family of the Brassica napus were analyzed.Result showed that the kind of bases in the napus gene sequence was very important to codon usage bias,and there were apparent positive correlations between the base composition and the level of the gene expression.Through the RSCU calculation,29 preference codons were obtained,some of them like TTA,CTT,AGA were end with A or T.
