针对急斜水平分段放顶煤中顶煤注水弱化问题,采用现场注水弱化工业试验对乌鲁木齐矿区B1+2煤层进行注水弱化研究,对顶煤弱化必要性进行了论证,提出了注水弱化工艺参数,运用光学钻孔窥视仪对注水煤体破坏程度和范围进行了检测,从注水前后效果对比可以得出预注水软化顶煤技术是急斜煤层安全高效开采的有效途径。
The paper introduces the in-situ stress measurement using overcoring technique in the eighth mine of Pingdingshan coal mining cooperation, and regularity of in-situ stress distribution is obtained. Based on the determined in-situ stresses, their distribution characteristics are obtained by using theoreti- cal and statistical analyses. On this basis, using the finite element method, optimized coupling analysis and design of tunnel ventilation are carried out. Before and after optimization, finite element numerical simulation is done. The results show that the optimization of tunnel design can reach satisfactory results.
