为解决富水大断面煤巷顶板难支护的问题,以枣泉煤矿12207工作面运输巷顶板冒落控制为背景,得出支护形式不耦合、支护参数不合理和水理作用是造成顶板冒落失稳的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了以高强预应力锚杆和防水让压均压锚索为基础的多介质结构耦合支护设计方案及地下水的防治措施,且采用数值分析方法对结构耦合控制巷道围岩状况进行了预测。现场支护效果表明:多介质结构耦合支护能够有效地控制巷道围岩失稳,为类似的巷道支护提供了一条新途径。
The coupling support for the belt-conveying-roadway of the No.12207 working face at Zaoquan coal mine was optimistically designed.The mechanism of roof collapse and destabilization of coal roadway under complex surrounding rock environment was analyzed.The results showed that the roof collapse and destabilization of coal roadway mostly resulted from the non-coupling structure,the irrational parameters of anchor cable and the effects of ground water.Based on these,the multi-media structure coupling support based on bolt-mesh-anchor for coal roadway and preventable and cured measures of groundwater are put forward.In addition,the stability of surrounding rock with coupling support is predicted by numerical simulation.The practical application shows that the multi-media structure coupling support can be adopted to control the surrounding rock stability of roadway roof,and it is a new approach to control stability of surrounding rock for similar underground constitutions.
