针对遥感影像噪声通常由光学噪声和电噪声组成的特点,提出了一种基于压缩感知的混合去噪模型。该模型结合了压缩感知原理和自适应中值滤波算法,分别在小波域与空间域对影像进行去噪。实验结果证明了混合模型在有效抑制影像中噪声的同时,可以保持较高的信噪比和归一化方差,有较高的图像的纹理和边缘信息保持能力。
For the characteristics that the noise of the remote sensing image is usually composed by optical noise and electrical noise, a hybrid model based on compressive sensing was proposed to de-noise remote sensing images. This model combines compressive sensing theory and adaptive median filter algorithm to de-noise images in the wavelet domain and spatial domain respectively. Experimental results illustrated that the proposed denoise model could not only remove noise efficiently but also get a higher SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) and NMSE(Normalized Mean Square Error) , and perform well in retaining the detaii information of remote sensing images such as texture and edge.
