介绍了最近发布的用以解决以太网无源光网络（EPON）系统互通性问题的SIEPON标准，分析了SIEPON标准中光网络单元（ONu）认证的作用、机制、流程以及非法ONU的注册静默功能，提出了一套能够实现ONU认证的SIEPON网管系统，并进行了测试。
英文摘要：
The recently published SIEPON standard which ensures the interoperability of EPON system is in- troduced. This paper analyzes the function, mechanism and process of ONU authentication in SIEPON system and the registration silence function of unauthenticated ONU. Furthermore, the paper proposed a Network Management System （NMS） for SIEPON which can implement the ONU authentication and a test is conducted.
