研究了在回收产品再制造和产品需求可替代情况下的多类短生命周期产品的动态批量生产计划问题.利用系统动力学仿真工具对问题进行建模,首先给出了问题的因果图和状态流图模型,并对模型的有效性进行了验证,然后模拟了典型的系统运行过程,最后分析了需求率和回收率等参数变动对生产计划安排及总利润的影响,并给出管理上的一些启示.
This paper focuses on the dynamic production planning problem for short life cycle products with returned product reruanufacturing and demand substitution. We model the problem with the help of system dynamic simulation tools and build the causal-loop diagram and stock-and-flow diagram of the problem. After the validation and simulation of the model, the impact of product demand rate and return rate on production planning and total profit is analyzed, and some managerial insights are provided.
